FHACI is working on various projects:
FHACI, in collaboration with the Oncology Unit of St. Damien Hospital, the Ministry of Public Health of Haiti, and the World Health Organization, is developing and validating the Early Diagnosis and Management Plan for Childhood Cancer. The funding and execution of the Plan face major financing constraints.
FHACI aims to contribute to the establishment of a cancer database, including cases of childhood cancer throughout the country.
A project to rehabilitate the oncology unit with strengthened care is under study.
Our flagship project is the establishment of a housing facility near the hospital to facilitate families with a child undergoing treatment.
