The management of FHACI is carried out through an Executive Board led by an Executive Director actively supervised by a 9-member Board of Directors with a 2-year term. The financial and administrative management of FHACI is audited annually by a local audit firm mandated for this purpose.

Since July 2022, FHACI in Haiti, thanks to its sister organization FHACI-USA, can more easily benefit from the support of donors operating in the USA because it has been granted 501(c)(3) status by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) in the USA.

Board members, Executive Board members, and FHACI members in general benefit from the guidance of the American Lebanese Syrian Associated Charities (ALSAC) through continuous support and long or short-term training managed by Indiana University.

FHACI is a member of the Global Alliance of St. Jude, which includes institutions from 67 countries worldwide. FHACI is also one of 12 foundations that have already signed an Agreement Document with St. Jude.
